Fundraising for GWES PTO is just one of our many functions. Raising funds is critical to support the great programs, field trips, technology, and enrichment programs at General Wayne Elementary.
We invite you to visit https://generalwaynepto. membershiptoolkit.com to add/update your families information to be included in the school directory. If your family does not have an account please create one. Once you create your account you will be able to purchase your membership to the directory for $10 to have access to the directory for the 2020-2021 school year.

Write a check to the General Wayne Elementary School PTO (GWES PTO)
Contact your employer to see if they offer a matching program.
Complete and detach the bottom portion of this letter JWAC and send it with your check to the school office, via backpack mail or postal mail to GWES, 20 Devon Road, Malvern, PA 19355. *Be sure to note on the envelope: ATTN: GWES PTO – JWAC
Please consider donating as generously as your family budget allows. Your contribution is confidential and tax deductible. It will play a crucial role in helping to preserve the many unique educational programs that extend our students’ learning experience beyond the classroom walls such as the field trips to Gettysburg and Washington D.C. In addition, each year the PTO can fund assemblies, teacher appreciation events, field day, Reading Olympics and much more.
Our school sells valuable, family-friendly KidStuff Coupon Books filled with hundreds of national, regional and local coupons for all ages! The KidStuff Book is conveniently organized, offers incredible savings and is sold exclusively through schools.
Our school earns 50% or more profit for every book we sell!
Families can save hundreds of dollars while supporting our school. Use just a few coupons and easily save more than the $25 cost of the book

KidStuff does not promote door-to-door sales by children.
Check out all of the boxes you use (food, house items, etc.) for the Box Tops symbol. It is an easy way for our school to raise money on things you already purchase! We collected over $1,300 in box tops last year--which is a lot considering each one is worth 10 cents!
Please send them in with your kids before that date – the winning class gets a pretzel party! They do have expiration dates so it is best to send them in frequently!
There is also a free Box Top app that makes it super easy to collect more for our school just by selecting an offer, buying the item and submitting a picture of the receipt. Learn more about scanning coupons at https://www.boxtops4education.com/
And, finally, we’re collecting Coke codes from bottle caps and soda packs – those codes are worth at least 5 cents each. Just send them in along with your Box Tops.

Please kindly account for this when donating or paying for an item. Example: Event or item costs $20 – You wish to pay via our PayPal link on the website – Total amount you need to enter is $20.60 ($20 x .03 = .60).
