• We sponsor all field trips for every grade. These field trips end up costing parents only a few dollars vs. hundreds based on our fundraising. We spend over $11,000 just on buses. We also subsidize tickets.

• There are charges for family, but they are much less due to our fundraising. This means every child can attend.

• We fund the science projects for Kindergarten - embryo project

• Every teacher is given money to help with their classroom costs – which is in addition to what they usually pay themselves

• We provide snacks for classrooms in case students forget their snack

• We support the library with new book programs, Reading Olympics and volunteers

• We pay for the school movie license

• We pay for the landscaping for the school grounds

• We fund and volunteer for the teacher appreciation dinners

• Help with many areas to help make the teachers and parent’s lives easier

• We create the school directory

• We arrange the volunteers in the library

• We coordinate the homeroom parent volunteer program which does the parties, thanksgiving lunch, and classroom baskets for the spring fair

• We coordinate lunch volunteers

• We run the lost and found

• We sponsor the 5th grade yearbooks and send off party

• We run the box tops project

• We coordinate the holiday shopping event where students can purchase very, very inexpensive gifts for their family and have them wrapped

• We coordinate the sale of spirit wear

• We volunteer for field day

• We support and help coordinate the 5th grade projects such as the school store where they 5th graders run their own store where your children can purchase school supplies
